Dr. Richard L. Curry, Jr., has over 40 years of leadership experience at the Federal, State, and local levels, as well as in the public and private sectors. He specializes in leadership development, succession planning, financial planning, and organizational culture. Richard also has a thorough background in strategic leadership and servant leadership, holding a doctorate degree. Throughout his career, he has been called upon to provide sound guidance and deliver sustainable solutions to organizations in need.
Troy Smith
Troy Smith’s main passion is to equip and edify leaders. He has traveled to Ghana, Africa, and served the Overseas Council of America Institute for Excellence, a leadership training institute for seminary leaders in third-world countries. In addition, Troy has over 20 years of experience as an educator and has served in a pastoral capacity for over 16 years, including 10 years as a Senior Pastor. Troy currently serves the Indianapolis area in a dual role, training leaders in both the religious and educational arenas.

He has a proven track record in optimizing workflows, defining technical requirements, and delivering exceptional customer and patient experiences.
